Hello! I'm Shang, a wife and mum to two amazing boys.
Bodybuilderwhobakes all started of when a video of me enjoying my "pumped pistachio" chocolate bar after a bodybuilding show in Alicante on Instagram went semi- viral. My friends and family thought I should turn it into a business, and here I am today!
